As a plus-size personal trainer, I work with all body types and fitness levels, ensuring a kind and friendly approach to strength training, movement and fitness. I believe that health and fitness are for every body! Engaging in regular exercise and strength training can profoundly enhance your quality of life. I offer PT sessions at Fison Fitness in Herne Hill, with options to train in Brockwell Park or at your home. Serving Herne Hill, Brixton, West Norwood, Dulwich, and Crystal Palace.
